We are based out of the Bay Area in Northern CA, but travel all over for events! From Southern California, to Utah, to Mexico, to any other destination of your choice – we will be there to create the wedding of your dreams.

Venue onsite coordinators typically help with day-of and venue-related tasks, but aren’t heavily involved with the planning leading up to the wedding or with your other vendors on wedding day. Hiring a wedding planner will help you with all aspects and details before the wedding day – from confirming all your vendors to constructing a detailed timeline.
