Wedding planners are industry pros who ensure you have a seamless and memorable wedding day, filled with joy and peace of mind. We are based out of the Bay Area in Northern CA, but travel all over for events! From Southern California, to Utah, to Mexico, to any other destination of your choice – we will be there to create the wedding of your dreams.

Venue onsite coordinators typically help with day-of and venue-related tasks, but aren’t heavily involved with the planning leading up to the wedding or with your other vendors on wedding day. Hiring a wedding planner will help you with all aspects and details before the wedding day – from confirming all your vendors to constructing a detailed timeline.
